Client Services:  

​​Our team of experienced registered therapists provide in-person and online psychotherapy to individual adults, couples, children & teens, families, and seniors.

 

We offer trauma-informed therapy, neurodiversity affiming approaches, and we celebrate the uniqueness of the people we work with.

Our specialist team has an inherent understanding of the challenges and strengths of being "Gifted, Talented, & Intense-minded"

Of all ages

Our Team members have experience and training in the complexities of being identified/self-identifying as neurodivergent or "exceptional" (gifted, ADHD, ASD1, 2e, CPTSD, HSP, and Trauma).

Individual Children Ages 4 -12

Some of our experienced therapists at the Centre work with younger children in individual and/or parent/child sessions using play, art, and creative expression in a child focused space.

For Teens & Young Adults:  Individual Therapy & Support

Our therapists offer an individualized, relational  approach to support teens and young adults in long-term growth, change and self-acceptance.

Services for teens and young adults are available from all of our team members.

Parent Sessions &

Workshops

​​Parent workshops are developed and facilitated by the team and incorporate up-to-date, evidence informed research and knowledge of brain and body connection.  

​

Psychological Assessments:

Please note that at this time, only those that are seeing a therapist at the Centre* are eligible to be referred for Psychological testing.

 

Psychological assessments, include Educational Assessments, I.Q, Social-Emotional I.Q., ADHD, ASD, and Mental Health.

 

*Therapists provide weekly therapy, in person and virtual sessions, to help clients to manage their identified symptoms. Therapists also help clients to determine whether they would benefit from an assessment. Sessions include therapy for individuals, couples,  families, child/teen, dyad sessions, and parent support.

 Assessments are only available in person.
